Mechanical HVAC Services Is Taking Every Precaution

Ensuring the health and safety of our employees and customers has always been a top priority for us here at Mechanical HVAC Services. In light of ongoing developments with the coronavirus, or COVID-19, we wanted to reach out to our customers and give them an idea of the measures we are taking to keep everyone in our community safe.

We will continue to provide our customers with highly skilled HVAC services as we always have. However, that is not to say that everything is business as usual. Our team is closely monitoring the situation as it continues to develop, and we are committed to adhering to the recommendations released by the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control.

Just a few of the steps we are taking to protect our customers and employees include:

Sanitizing high-traffic objects and surfaces: Whether in our home base, in our vehicles, or in your home, we will be making sure that all high-risk surfaces are sanitized frequently. All technicians will carry disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer to use throughout the project, and will wash their hands regularly for the recommended 20 seconds.

Use of protective coverings: From gloves and shoe coverings to drop cloths around the work area, we will do as much as we can to leave no germs, and no mess, behind us when we leave.

Safe social distancing: Our technicians will maintain a safe distance away from other customers or fellow technicians in keeping with WHO guidelines.

Encouraging employee care: We ensure that any employee who feels ill stays home to recover for the duration of their illness. They are encouraged to see a doctor and get the care they need, then are welcomed back after getting confirmation from a physician that they are well enough to work and pose no risk to others.
