      Jerry, my service technician, came right on time and was very helpful when inspecting and running diagnostics on my unit. My system is pretty old, and he gave me some tips and things to watch out for. He replaced the capacitor and I was originally charged $301. This seemed pretty steep to me for a $65 part, and it took him all of 10 minutes to replace. I called the office afterwards and spoke to Janelle who explained to me the flat fee structure. Despite the fact that I agreed to the price and signed with Jerry, Janelle was courteous, professional, and gave me a nice discount. This was very much appreciated, and I look forward to doing business with them again.

      Courteous and professional call taker. Took down my complaint verbatim to pass along to the tech. Responded in a timely manner. Got an appointment for the next day and was told they'd be here between 8-9 am. The tech was here at 8 sharp. Diagnosed the issue, worked with our home warranty company to get the work covered by our policy, had the parts, made the repair, and talked us through it all. I could not be happier with the service we received today. Thank you Jerry!
