I was pleased with the service. Tech was on time and knowledgeable. I needed my drainage pipes examined because of white residue found on outside ground. Cory didn’t find any issues after inspecting hvac but informed me the white stuff was probably bacterial growth. He suggested flushing pipes with vinegar. That’s exactly what I read when researching on my own.

The technician notified me when he was on the way. When he arrived, he introduced himself and reviewed my questions and concerns before beginning the maintenance service. When he finished the service he went over everything with me. I have been a member of the maintenance plan for years now. My highest electric bill this year was $97.84. I credit the good maintenance Thermostat Masters has provided me and what they have taught me over the years about the care and efficiency of my HVAC unit. The one time I did need a repair, they completed it the same day. I can’t say enough good things about Thermostat Masters. They are the best!
