As always, we had an excellent visit from Mechanical HVAC services this morning. Browden arrived in the time frame. He has been here before and is just perfect for his job. He’s professional, always listens closely to what I’m telling him, explains exactly what he did and offers suggestions/options as needed. We hope to have an ongoing relationship with this company far into the future.

Broden and Bailey did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system which is located on the third floor (attic). They had to work in very tight quarters. The job was completed within the timeframe that was quoted. We had Mechanical HVAC Services replace our downstairs unit a few years ago, and we would strongly recommend this company to everyone.

Jason provided excellent and very thorough service today at our home. I really like the detailed report showing the various parts of the HVAC system with a report of its status and functionality- that is awesome!! I highly recommend Jason as a service technician for your customers- very polite and professional. We've used Mechanical HVAC Services for almost 20 years and highly recommend the company for their honesty, dependability, reasonable pricing and professionalism. You will not be disappointed! Also, I like the new text process where you send a picture of the technician enroute and some information about his/her experience and other tidbits- Cool stuff!!

Very friendly and sense of family with this business. Easy to schedule with agreeable day and time for appointments. Safety is a concern and they a send picture of the service technician with info and update as to when they are on the way. Very honorable business.

I have used Mechanical HVAC Services for over ten years for maintenance and replacement systems. They are by far the most technically competent of any HVAC service I have ever used. They have a high level of integrity, which is hard to find in the industry. Example- I have contracted home warranty groups who claim to fix HVAC systems if they fail. I go to them first, only to be told they didn’t cover the recommended replacement part or service needed. Not satisfied with the answer, I call Mechanical HVAC for a diagnostic review. They fixed the real issue for far less the cost of the home warranty groups rep. I give Mechanical HVAC Systems my highest recommendation, and btw, I have two systems in my home. .

Great service, calls were returned promptly. Once the appointment is scheduled the tech will update you to their arrival time. The techs are just really good at customer relations. And technically really good at service of HVAC systems; knowledgeable and accurate with their diagnosis. Very pleased with this service.

They are definitely worth the money.The installers were definitely about doing their work timely and correct. I missed the county inspection and on next day mechanical sent one of their employees to meet the county inspector in case I wasn't home.

This team is always courteous, friendly and professional when they perform their routine services on our systems, and they did not disappoint when we recently replaced both our upstairs and downstairs units over two days. A few years ago, the home I owned had an HVAC issue that was not repaired appropriately and my home warranty company sent Mechanical HVAC Services to inspect/service the system. Mechanical HVAC was amazing and not only did they fix the issue that another local company overlooked, they over delivered. They were informative, punctual, polite, and respectful. I sold that home and now have Mechanical HVAC Services perform maintenance on my new home. They are fantastic and I trust the knowledge and experience that they bring to every service call.

Josh diagnosed and repaired our AC under our home Warranty. Had another company who I won’t mention but advertises A LoT tell us we needed all these repairs when it was just one repair. The other company basically quotes you the price of a new system and not to repair your system. Josh and the entire staff here were absolutely Fantastic. Always on time and so quick to do QUALITY work. I would and have absolutely recommend them for any work. Thank you for being a truly professional and ethical company.

Our AC unit went out and called our insurance come,they had them come out and take a look, DX the issue and had the part the next day. We were very impressed with how fast they were able to come back out and fix it.the other companies we have had to use in the past either came out took our money and never came back to repay the problem or took a week to fix it. Mechanical HVAC was the complete opposite and we are very happy with their service and if ever needed will be requesting to have them come back out.

The warranty company had them listed as one of the service companies available for heating repairs, and I agreed use them to fix a failed gas furnace heating system. Janelle was professional and friendly in scheduling the service for a two (2) hour window. Jeff, the technician, was punctual to call ahead, and showed up right on time. Jeff is a real pro, and a nice guy. He diagnosed the problem, obtain the parts and fixed the system within three hours. I highly recommend them.

After being in a 90 degrees house due to malfunctioning AC we were sent a another company by our Warrenty Co. that messed up our AC unit and thermostat! On Wednesday of this week our air conditioning unit stopped cooling. Having a Home Warranty company we called them to have someone come out to look at it. We have had various bad experiences with other repair places used by our Home Warranty company, so didn't think this would be different. My husband was given the phone number of Mechanical HVAC Services. After leaving an initial voicemail his call was quickly returned and an appointment was set up for Friday. On Thursday he received a call confirming the appointment. Friday morning he was called and told that, unfortunately, the technician would be a little later than promised. The technician, Andy, then called when he was on his way. He assessed the problem, set a temporary "fix" to start getting the house cooled, went back to his office and was back within a half hour with the right part for the repair. Excellent, professional service from the front desk to the technician. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. They just finished installing a new heat pump and air handler for me. The two gentlemen that installed it were on point! They were professional, courteous and thorough. This company was straight to the point and didn't try to up-sell me or anything. If your system needs repair or service, definitely give them a call.

I used this company because I had a home warranty and they worked with them. I was hoping the technicians would be knowledgeable and able to fix my heat! I was very happy with their service. The two young men who came out we’re very polite, professional and courteous. They also new HVAC systems! They had my heat up and running and I was extremely pleased. It was also a pleasure having them in my home. Highly recommend!

Coldest day of the year so far and my heat decides to stop working! I called this morning and they sent 2 guys out by lunch time. Janelle was very helpful with scheduling. Brayton and Andy were the technicians. They quickly figured out the problem and got everything working. Everyone was so nice and helpful. 5 stars!

I was referred to this company by American Home Shield. They were to give me a second opinion. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. A different company assessed my system and I was going to need to pay $900 out of pocket, for R22 refrigerant because they said I needed 10 lbs. Mechanical HVAC came to my home and said I didn’t have R22 and that I only needed 6 pounds. Their bill was $245 out of pocket. They saved me $645!!!! From office staff to technicians... Super honest!! Trustworthy!! Reliable!! On time!! Really nice!! Great to work with!!

I called my home warranty company to place a claim for issues with my heating unit and got a call from a technician within 30 minutes of placing that call. This is unheard of because it normally takes most contractor 48 just to call you back! The technician came to my house within an hour, examined my units and ordered the parts needed to get them repaired. Two days later another technician came to my house, within the window that I was given, and installed the parts in less than 10 minutes. I have never seen service like this before and would never consider using anyone else but them from now on! They did a great job!

Super service. Call in the afternoon. Spoke with the office to see when she could send someone out to take a look at my AC. She had someone just finishing up on a service call and they could stop by after that. They were here in 30 minutes. Brian and the guys fix my problem in no time then checked out the whole unit to make sure everything was working properly. I'll be sure to contact them again if I have any other issues.

Very responsive (same-afternoon service when my heater went out) and very friendly and helpful tech. I had connected with them through a Living Social offer for an HVAC tune-up. I was pleased with that but this service on my heater (NOT a problem that could have been prevented during the tune-up) was the real test. I highly recommend them.

Jerry, my service technician, came right on time and was very helpful when inspecting and running diagnostics on my unit. My system is pretty old, and he gave me some tips and things to watch out for. He replaced the capacitor and I was originally charged $301. This seemed pretty steep to me for a $65 part, and it took him all of 10 minutes to replace. I called the office afterwards and spoke to Janelle who explained to me the flat fee structure. Despite the fact that I agreed to the price and signed with Jerry, Janelle was courteous, professional, and gave me a nice discount. This was very much appreciated, and I look forward to doing business with them again.

We use Mechanical HVAC for all our air conditioning needs. We really need to replace our leaky system, but with twins in college, we can't afford it. So we call Mechanical HVAC every year for service and freon. They are fast, reliable and always give us excellent customer service!

Brian and his team at Mechanical HVAC Services did an excellent job at doing an overhaul of our HVAC system. The job took about a day and a half, our system now functions way better than it did. They were very knowledgeable and professional at what they did. Highly suggest them if you're looking for HVAC service in the Wake Forest area!

Great company, and great customer service

Have used Mechanical HVAC several times for home warranty service to repair a dinosaur gas pack system that breaks twice a year in heat waves or freezes. Always on the ball, communicate with me multiple times in a day to tell me what's happening. Service techs are always polite and they always have a sense of urgency about the repair. Manager will even call me after hours of there's a reason. Great company with great customer service.
