This position requires the successful applicant to perform system diagnostics, repairs, routine preventative maintenance on equipment with minimal technical assistance. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing project activities, ensuring that all aspects of construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of construction management processes. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of project activities from inception to completion.
- Review and interpret blueprints and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Primavera, and Civil 3D for project tracking and reporting.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients regarding project updates and changes.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to identify potential issues or delays.
- Organize project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any on-site challenges.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status and resolve any arising issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Primavera, or Civil 3D.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contracts effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
