IF YOUR AC UNIT IS FROZEN (ICING ON COILS), PLEASE TURN OFF THE THERMOSTAT IMMEDIATELY. Our technicians cannot service a frozen unit, as the ice needs to melt before we can diagnose and repair it.
  • Clear the Area: Please ensure clear access around the entire indoor and outdoor units.
  • Pet Safety: For your pets' and our technician's safety, please keep pets in a separate area.
  • Arrival Text: You will receive a confirmation text when your technician is on the way.
